Job Description
Hustle Notice Biz is hiring for the Data Entry Operator role. In this position, you will enter, verify, and maintain accurate records and operational data. The work supports customer support, administrative services, project coordination, records, reporting, and day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates based in Buffalo, New York.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer, service, project, administrative, account, and operational information from approved forms, documents, spreadsheets, or systems used by Hustle Notice Biz.
- Review entries for missing fields, duplicate records, formatting issues, and obvious inconsistencies before finalizing work.
- Update existing records and make approved corrections while preserving a clear record of changes.
- Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, version-control, and record-retention procedures.
- Complete assigned data-entry queues within established productivity and accuracy targets.
- Protect customer and company information and escalate unclear source data instead of guessing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior data-entry or office experience is helpful but not required.
- Accurate keyboarding skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, online forms, shared files, and database-style systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive, high-volume work.
- Reliable written communication and the ability to follow detailed instructions independently.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure home workspace.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
