About the Role
We are seeking experienced Senior Core Java Developers to join our dynamic team on a remote, six-plus-month contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend applications that are secure, scalable, and production-ready. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java development, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet enterprise standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, enhance your technical skills, and work in a flexible remote environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in core Java development with proven experience in building scalable backend systems. Proficiency in microservices architecture, REST API development, and containerization platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of secure coding practices, vulnerability remediation, and experience working within enterprise environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, API testing tools like Postman, and enterprise container management systems will be considered advantageous.
