Responsibilities
- Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
- Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Facilitate complex problem resolution and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
- Review coding, testing, and documentation of software.
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Hyland OnBase development and administration.
- Proficiency in C#, SQL (MS SQL Server).
- Experience in mentoring junior developers and performing peer code reviews.
