What Success Looks Like
- Develop new processes and improve processes for greater quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and productivity.
- Provide process support for manufacturing through problem solving, machinery development and improvement, new process equipment design, and systems.
- Works specifically on any additional projects assigned by the Supervisor.
- Interact with production line personnel to determine process problems.
- Examine the manufacturing process to find better, simpler, and reliable improvements.
- Design new equipment and upgrades made to current equipment.
- Identify equipment that reduces cost and improves productivity, quality, and safety.
- Design techniques, tools, and principles involved with manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Your Credentials
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant Engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
- Knowledge of computers and various software, including CAD systems and MS Office.
- Knowledge of engineering practices, math, and sciences.
The salary range for the position is $58K to $75K commensurate with experience and with bonus potential.
