Pay: $110,000 to $118,000/year
Experience: 7 years of programming experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description:
- Code, test, debug, document, and install modified and new programs that are currently in all computer systems at the SEAA.
- Monitor production programs for expected performance and respond to errors and emergency problems.
- Work with the team and the business analysts to develop requirements.
- Meet programming assignment goals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify and fix program flaws, both logical and technical, in the supported software applications as they are reported.
- Create new features for the applications, including new information to be entered, stored, and retrieved in the systems, and/or new user interface options or designs.
- Automate documents and reports that were previously created manually.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- 7 Years C#/.NET Full-Stack Web Development.
- Familiarity with SQL Server data connectivity and ORMs like Entity Framework.
- Modern Coding Techniques – Unit testing, design patterns, clean code, SOLID.
- Strong Git proficiency in team environments (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and merge conflict resolution).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, especially Azure Pipelines (YAML pipelines strongly preferred).
- Practical CI/CD implementation: building automated build → test → deploy pipelines, integrating tests, using triggers (push/PR/merge), and multi-stage YAML setups.
- Experience deploying applications to Azure services (e.g., App Service, Functions, AKS) or similar targets.
- JIRA project management tool.
- Agile and Scrum methodologies.
