About The Role
The role drives complex technical programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact infrastructure and product initiatives.
You will remove operational friction, establish rigorous execution rhythms, and ensure cross-functional delivery against aggressive business milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across engineering and product teams
- Establish clear execution rhythms, tracking dependencies, milestones, and risks using Jira, Confluence, and Notion
- Run weekly syncs and retrospectives to unblock teams, manage scope creep, and maintain delivery velocity
- Partner with engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly to executive stakeholders
- Design and optimize cross-functional operational workflows to scale delivery processes
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a high-growth technology environment
- Demonstrated track record of shipping complex software or infrastructure programs from conception to launch
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, developer tooling (GitHub, Jira), and project tracking systems
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills under tight timelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: PMP or Scrum Master certification, background in software engineering, experience scaling distributed teams
