The role orchestrates complex technical programs, aligning cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact initiatives on schedule.
You will drive strategic execution, manage dependencies across distributed systems, and establish robust governance frameworks that scale with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, defining milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with engineering leadership to track sprint velocities, infrastructure deployments, and release lifecycles using Jira and Confluence
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment through structured cadence meetings, status updates, and clear stakeholder communication
- Analyze program performance metrics and operational KPIs using SQL and BI dashboards to surface bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Manage third-party vendor integrations, technical dependencies, and procurement lifecycles supporting core engineering infrastructure
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, architectural decision records, and standard operating procedures
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of technical program management experience in high-growth software or cloud infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated expertise with agile methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and modern tracking tools like Jira and Linear
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to communicate effectively with systems architects, developers, and data scientists
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools to monitor project health and velocity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or SAFe certifications; experience scaling remote-first engineering teams
