Key Responsibilities
- Balance workload between inventory targets and other demands
- Monitor daily inventory levels and manage job orders
- Prioritize tasks to achieve weekly production goals
- Order materials as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read circuit and wiring diagrams
- Cross training is required
- Knowledge of MRD system and ordering procedures
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities
