Key Responsibilities Include
- Assembling parts according to specifications and process sheets
- Ensuring proper torque and tension using torque wrenches
- Inspecting incoming parts and finished assemblies for defects
- Mounting and connecting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components
- Fitting and finishing parts with hand tools
- Installing moving parts and testing for proper movement
- Operating overhead cranes safely to move large parts
- Collaborating effectively with team members
Qualifications And Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 1+ years of related manufacturing experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Forklift certification is preferred
- Positive attitude and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
