Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Program Coordinator role based in St. Paul, MN. The role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing the execution of programs aligned with ConnectUP! Institute's mission. Responsibilities include program management, development, and continuous improvement; managing timelines and resources; and liaising with stakeholders to ensure program success. The Program Coordinator will also play a key role in fostering strong relationships with participants and partners while ensuring effective communication and outstanding customer service.


The Program Coordinator needs to be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, strategic and demonstrate leadership. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Programs Team to execute high-quality programs, advance the mission of CI, and contribute to the sustainability of the organization. The Program Coordinator is responsible for making sure all of the moving parts of the cohort program are attended to and executed successfully.


Program Implementation

  • Communication & facilitation: Supports the overall programs including data entry, scheduling meetings and speakers, Zoom management, and acting as the first point of contact for founders and accelerator stakeholders, etc.
  • Data management: interfaces with multiple technology systems–ideal candidate is adaptable in a variety of software platforms; enjoys learning and using new technologies:
  • Program management system (Salesforce).
  • Support cohort engagement platform: posting links, and opportunities, updating regularly on “what’s to come” each bootcamp (Morrow).
  • Support coordination of digital and in-person events including Zoom, facilitating discussions, recording meetings, uploading recordings
  • Collect founder data to include milestone tracking, weekly coaching, founder and other relevant program tools. (Typeform)
  • Writing: Creating summary documents detailing the participating founders, industries, stage, social contacts, elevator pitches, etc, for external and internal audiences.
  • Development: Provide suggestions for program quality improvement through founder assessments at mid-term and program exit (milestone + program feedback survey) and provide follow-ups


Program Collaboration

  • Communicate and engage to build relationships with external stakeholders including recruitment, networking, coordinating emails, logistics and event speakers.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to manage relationships and event execution with all external talent including speakers, experts, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team on the ongoing development of all program curricula based on lessons learned.


Alumni & Expert Engagement

  • Organize, implement, and summarize the results of alumni feedback including hosting listing sessions, taking notes, summating themes and outcomes, and submitting recommendations to the Programs team.


Additional Organizational Support

  • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute relevant expertise to the evolution of the team and brand.
  • Support special projects as needed.
  • Be a strong steward of and representative for the CI brand across the community by adhering to the organization’s values.
  • Participate in CI's social media presence and events as requested and appropriate; contribute to creating content to support the recruitment of high-potential entrepreneurs to the CI program.
  • Support fundraising efforts as necessary, including attending fundraising events, speaking with donors, etc.
  • Support new and ongoing CI efforts as requested and appropriate.

LOCATION

This is NOT a work-from home position. Staff are required to work at the office located in Saint Paul, MN. This position will require a person to participate in in-person meetings and events in and out of the Twin Cities Metro area.


Start date is as soon as possible.

Salary
  • $35,000 - $42,000 per year
