As an Acosta Intern, you’ll build
technical, leadership, and management skills while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Gain hands‑on training across multiple functional areas, including sales support, marketing, retail, sales, and administrative operations
- Learn how different teams collaborate to drive business success
- Observe and work alongside experienced professionals to understand industry best practices
- Set performance goals and track progress with managers and mentors
- Participate in company‑sponsored training and development sessions
- Complete a capstone project assigned at the start of the internship and present your results to local leadership
- Submit a summary of your internship experience highlighting key learnings and achievements
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
Education
- Currently enrolled in college (some college completed)
- Sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- In good academic standing
Experience
- Prior related experience preferred, but not required
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional, collaborative, and team‑oriented
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
