Responsibilities
- Respond to developer integration and API questions
- Reproduce issues and route bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Maintain FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting documentation
- Collect feedback for product and developer experience improvements
Required Skills
- Experience supporting developers or technical customers
- Clear written communication and debugging skills
- Familiarity with REST APIs and basic blockchain concepts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with webhook or RPC troubleshooting
- Background in developer relations or technical writing
