As a Structural Engineer at Nobus, you will play a key role in designing and evaluating safe, durable, and efficient structural components for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This position requires technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and a strong understanding of engineering principles to ensure structures meet the highest safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structural Analysis & Design – Develop innovative and cost-effective designs for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
- Material Selection & Engineering Optimization – Assess and recommend materials and structural solutions that enhance durability, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Compliance & Safety Standards – Ensure designs align with local, national, and international building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaboration with Project Teams – Work closely with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop integrated solutions.
- Inspection & Quality Control – Oversee on-site structural assessments to verify design integrity and adherence to engineering best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional Experience – 4+ years in structural engineering, construction design, or related fields.
- Technical Proficiency – Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or similar structural analysis software.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset – Ability to analyze complex structures and anticipate potential design challenges.
- Problem-Solving Expertise – Strong ability to develop creative, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Strong Communication & Teamwork – Work effectively with architects, builders, and regulatory agencies.
