About The Role
The role drives complex technical programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact software initiatives on schedule.
You will remove operational roadblocks, orchestrate cross-functional release cycles, and ensure technical roadmaps translate into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end execution of complex technical programs across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams
- Define program milestones, manage dependencies, and track deliverables using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional status updates to maintain team alignment
- Identify technical risks, proactively surface bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies before deployment
- Establish program metrics and reporting dashboards to communicate progress and velocity to executive stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows and release processes
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of technical program management experience in a high-growth technology environment
- Deep familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and modern agile frameworks
- Proficient with project management tooling such as Jira, Notion, and Confluence
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: PMP or Scrum Master certification, and background in software engineering or systems architecture
