Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and
service HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and capable of
troubleshooting a wide variety of heating and cooling systems while delivering outstanding
service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related
- systems
- Identify and recommend repair or replacement options to customers
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety regulations
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- EPA Certification required or ability to obtain promptly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments and weather conditions
- Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Experience with heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-efficiency systems
- Experience with HVAC software and mobile service applications
