Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong background in Project Governance, Planning and Execution with an overall experience of 10+ years.
- Exceptional presentation skills creating Decks for management reporting and BRD
- Expertise in coordinating with various stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management.
- Experience in a Banking /Wealth management domain and/or related support functions including.
- Knowledge of transaction Monitoring and AFC
- Experience of working in Agile Environment. Knowledge of agile methods -
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Transaction Monitoring Global Planning
- Act as a single point of contact for multiple regional teams spread across the globe and provide input for Management reporting and tracking
- Create and maintain detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines and resource allocation
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to effectively track the status of key deliverables and timely escalation to management
Risk, Issues and Dependency management
- Identify and assess potentials risks impacting the key deliverables and project timelines
- Identify and track internal and external dependencies
Defect Management
- Organizing defect triage meetings
- Overseeing defect resolution progress and closure
Presentation
- Exceptional in creating professional Presentations using Power Point
- Exceptional in writing Business Requirement documents using Word
- Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
