**Summary**
Work as part of a team to lead program activities associated with the design, manufacture and delivery of commercial aircraft interior products or integration programs. Provide support for engineering. Track program activities and current status of work being performed. Provide status reports of programs internally and to external customers.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Focal point for customer after program award, responsible for resolving customer related issues and providing regular program status updates.
- Work with internal management to help control program schedule, budget and project work scope.
- Develop customer goodwill and confidence through regular and frequent communication and status updates.
- Focal point for receipt, organization, and dissemination of all commercial and technical information after program award.
- Coordinate internal activities to ensure major milestones are progressed in concert with the program requirements.
- Responsible for providing program status and identification of key issues or blocking points with management.
- Develop aircraft interior solutions that meet program budgets and customer requirements.
- Manage and develop solutions to eliminate waste and drive business profitability.

- Issue and follow up on program change proposals for both commercial and technical scope of work deviations.
- Provide technical data in presentation form to customers and/or management in a timely manner.
- Manage programs for the entire lifecycle of program requiring no additional engineering assistance.

- Initiate invoices and ensure timely payment for products and service delivery
- Administer returned customer parts (RMA's) and warranty claims.
- Develop minor quoting for aircraft products.
- Increase sales.
