Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Lead Java Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring project deliverables align with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include creating and implementing microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and debugging complex systems, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of applications. The Lead Java Developer will also mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Java and strong programming skills
- Proficiency in Software Development and working within Agile environments
- Experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture
- In-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems effectively
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
- Experience working with cloud technologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
