Program Manager

The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the contractor’s designated Point of Contact (POC) for all aspects of program and contract management.
- Lead the planning, organization, scheduling, implementation, and control of all program activities to ensure successful contract performance.
- Monitor contract performance and analyze results, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive status reports and presentations on program progress, issues, and resolutions to PM TRASYS, the Contracting Officer, and the COR.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve contract-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assess evolving requirements and lead the implementation of authorized changes as directed by the Contracting Officer.
- Ensure timely identification, documentation, and communication of risks and mitigation plans.
- Maintain a proactive approach to stakeholder communication and program execution to drive contract success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Recent, relevant experience managing efforts of similar scope and complexity, particularly in a government or defense contracting environment.
- Demonstrated familiarity with U.S. military training exercises, including logistics, coordination, and execution support.
- Proven ability to manage programs with multiple stakeholders and deliver results in high-visibility, deadline-driven settings.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of DoD contract performance and change management processes.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of collaboration with both contractor teams and government personnel.
