As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our senior leaders organized and supported. From managing calendars and coordinating travel to preparing presentations and ensuring smooth execution of meetings, you’ll be the go-to person who makes everything run seamlessly.

Location/Schedule:
This role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters, working Monday through Friday on site.
Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders by managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling expenses, preparing documents, and ensuring meetings and projects run smoothly.
- Maintain complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and company plane scheduling
- Process expenses accurately and ensure timely reimbursements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as requested
- Manage meeting logistics, including room setup, technology, catering, and distribution of materials
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy access and retrieval
- Support special projects, track deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
You’ll be a great fit for this adventure if you have: - 2+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, including webinars and live events)
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication skills and ability to adjust messaging based on audience
- Initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset

Bonus points if you also bring: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
- Experience managing sensitive information and special projects
- Prior experience with executive-level presentation design
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $30.00–$35.00/hour + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
