Solution Engineer (W2 only)
Location: San Antonio, TX 78521
Schedule: Hybrid (M-Th in office, Fri WFH)

Description:
You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting the Risk Management and Compliance business group. This role requires 4 days per week onsite in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Unit testing, integration testing, and QA support to ensure high-quality releases
- Managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness
- Provisioning and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
- Environment management, monitoring, and release strategies to support scalable and resilient applications
- Managing business systems analysis functions, including preparation of product roadmaps, integration plans, and development and test case specifications
- Convert business requirements into technical epics and user stories
- Working through all phases of the software development lifecycle
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience with full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot) and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness
- Proven experience with provisioning and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform
Preferred Skills:
