Our client, a leading organization in the hospitality and technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong project management and execution capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Dallas, TX - Hybrid onsite 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Pay Range:$80.00-85.00
What's the Job?
- Lead the modernization of the Property Engagement Platform (PEP), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and external vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, Gantt charts, and milestone plans to track progress and manage scope effectively.
- Establish and enforce governance standards, including process maps, templates, and acceptance criteria, to ensure quality and consistency.
- Create executive summaries, dashboards, and reports to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership.
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience in Program Analysis, Portfolio Management, or Project Management on large-scale initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira (including Advanced Roadmaps/Portfolio), dashboards, filters, and cross-project reporting.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with SAFe frameworks in multi-team environments.
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and develop mitigation plans for delivery slippages and scope changes.
