micro1 is engaging Mobile Application Developers to contribute to a dynamic customer project focused on designing and delivering impactful mobile experiences. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Design, build, and optimize mobile applications for iOS and Android using native and cross-platform frameworks such as Swift, Kotlin, JAVA, React Native, and Flutter.
- Develop compelling mobile UI/UX that aligns with user needs and accessibility standards.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange and feature enhancement.
- Create prototype applications and contribute to the iterative testing and refinement of features.
- Collaborate within Agile project methodologies to meet evolving project requirements.
- Deliver clear documentation and communicate technical concepts effectively in both written and verbal form.
- Participate in quality assurance reviews and troubleshoot issues throughout the application lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in iOS and Android development, including hands-on experience with Swift, Kotlin, and JAVA.
- Strong track record delivering mobile applications via React Native and/or Flutter.
- Demonstrated ability to design intuitive and visually appealing mobile interfaces (UI/UX).
- Experience integrating mobile solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Solid understanding of Agile practices and iterative development cycles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control, and CI/CD practices is advantageous.
