Platform Software Engineer to join our team.
Platform Software Engineer
Dallas, TX -Remote
Contract - Overview: We are migrating our ML platform off a commercial vendor (Iguazio) whose offering is being sunset, and rebuilding on the open-source components it was built on — MLRun and Nuclio. The core of this engagement is designing and implementing a custom RBAC layer on top of that open-source stack to replicate and extend the access control capabilities we're losing with the commercial product.
- Requirements:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful backend and systems design work
- Hands-on experience with MLRun, Nuclio, or comparable MLOps/workflow orchestration platforms
- Solid understanding of RBAC patterns and identity/access management concepts
- Comfortable owning ambiguous problems — you can scope your own work without needing it handed to you in pieces
- Python proficiency; familiarity with Kubernetes a plus
