Manager, Curriculum & eLearning Programs

It addresses the need for specialized knowledge and skills among members, law enforcement partners, and other stakeholders to effectively detect and prevent insurance fraud and related crimes. The organization provides strategic learning programs and resources at a national scale to support these efforts.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Manager, Curriculum and eLearning Programs is responsible for leading the development and delivery of educational curricula and training events aligned with the organization’s learning and development goals. This role oversees eLearning programs and manages the learning management system to ensure effective, engaging, and compliant training for diverse audiences. The position contributes by enhancing the organization’s capability to educate stakeholders and improve outcomes in insurance crime prevention.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop curriculum and courses in collaboration with subject matter experts and instructional designers.

• Facilitate delivery of various training formats including eLearning, webinars, seminars, and conferences.

• Manage all aspects of eLearning programs, including needs assessment, instructional design, content creation, LMS administration, and program evaluation.

• Analyze learning data and metrics to assess and improve program effectiveness.

• Support implementation and management of strategic learning objectives and curriculum roadmap.

• Oversee budget development to align resources with strategic goals.

• Lead and develop a high-performing eLearning team.

• Manage customer service functions to ensure positive learning experiences.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience.

• Six to eight years of experience in learning and development.

• Prior leadership experience.

• Expertise in the eLearning ecosystem, including LMS platforms and digital training tools.

• Strong curriculum writing skills and experience creating adult learning courses.

• Preferred knowledge in instructional design principles and insurance fraud trends.

• Preferred experience in insurance claims, investigations, law enforcement, or intelligence and analytics.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this position is $92,000 to $115,000, with the final offer depending on location, skills, experience, and education.
