It maintains a large Clinico-EEG database with data from nearly 100,000 patients and offers a cloud-native analytics platform enabling extensive real-world data and evidence studies.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reproducible analysis products that advance brain health. This role ensures projects meet timelines and budgets while adapting to evolving customer needs and scientific findings. Serving as the primary contact for customers, the position facilitates clear communication and decision-making to support the organization''s mission of making brain monitoring accessible and actionable.

3. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project plans aligned with timelines and budgets

• Adapt plans based on changing customer requirements or new analysis insights

• Act as primary contact point for customers, ensuring timely communication

• Support data collection and ensure compliance with onboarding protocols

• Maintain compliance with data extraction, visualization, and governance standards

• Document requirements, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables

4. Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries

• Prior experience in tech startups strongly preferred

• Ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams

• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and clarity

• Proficiency in tracking project dependencies, priorities, and quality checks

• Interest in analytics, statistics, and machine learning

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this role is $135,000 – $155,000, adjusted based on experience, skills, and location

• The compensation package includes base salary, equity, paid time off, and other benefits
