Role summary: Build reusable onboarding accelerators (templates, modules, automation) to reduce onboarding time while complying with platform guardrails.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain Terraform modules and onboarding templates aligned to standards.
- Create “golden path” onboarding workflows and developer-facing documentation.
- Prototype and validate reference implementations, then harden for repeatable use.
- Support early adopter teams and capture feedback to improve accelerators.
Required Qualifications
- Solid GCP fundamentals and Terraform hands-on experience.
- Python scripting for automation; strong documentation habits.
Success measures
- Reusable assets adopted; onboarding cycle time reduced; fewer onboarding defects.
