Key Responsibilities (Controller)

Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, A/R, A/P, payroll, cost accounting, and financial reporting
Manage monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to manufacturing performance
Lead and mentor the accounting team, including helping team members adapt to new processes and technology

Qualifications (Controller)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
Proven ability to lead teams and drive change, especially in organizations with long-tenured staff
