Essential functions of this position include managing the daily operations and governance of the ADC Alliance; coordinating partnerships and stakeholder engagement across multiple institutions; overseeing workflows related to data contribution, harmonization, quality assurance, and AI lifecycle management; managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, budgets, and reporting requirements.
The Program Manager ensures compliance with institutional, regulatory, and ethical standards, supports responsible AI practices, and prepares reports, dashboards, and briefings for leadership and external stakeholders.
The role requires independent judgement, strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, administrators, and externa partners in a complex, multidisciplinary environment.
Physical Effort
This position is primarily sedentary; however, some walking will be necessary between collaborative offices.
