The Quincy Art Center is seeking high school students, college students, and 2026 graduates to apply for two paid summer positions as Education Assistants through our Illinois Arts Council Youth Employment in the Arts Project Grant. Students currently enrolled in high school, college, and 2026 graduates are eligible to apply. Applicants should be interested in pursuing careers in the visual arts and/or education, and able to commit to the entire eight weeks of work in June and July. The Student Employee positions are scheduled for June 1 – July 31, 2026 at approximately 16-20 hours per week. Compensation is $15 per hour.
