Technical Program Manager

2. About the Opportunity:

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading technical program management efforts that connect platform development with studio operations. This role plays a strategic part in aligning first-party studios with the organization''s future platform and network services ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration and progress toward shared goals. The position is key to driving cross-functional programs with significant visibility and autonomy, facilitating alignment between technical and creative teams.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and communication across complex, cross-functional initiatives.

• Develop tailored communications and presentations for diverse stakeholder levels.

• Identify and resolve gaps in program planning and execution.

• Track progress across studios for high-visibility initiatives.

• Manage hardware assets allocated to studios.

• Oversee program disclosure operations.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical program management, production, or platform operations in games, technology, or interactive entertainment.

• Strong understanding of game development lifecycles and platform/service technology ecosystems.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs autonomously.

• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

• High stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority.

• Ability to operate effectively amidst ambiguity and complexity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with platform tools, SDKs, APIs, and services.

• Experience with AAA game development studios.

• Experience in large, matrixed organizations.

• Proficiency with program management tools and best practices.

• Passion for video games and entertainment.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The estimated base pay range for this role is $173,000—$259,400 USD.

• The pay and benefits package will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
