For our client, we are seeking a Executive Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Manage service agreements and time/material program
- Support sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
- Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams
- Influence strategic development and policy formulation for contracts
- Offer innovative solutions to complex operational tasks
Qualifications
- Master's degree or high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
- Specialized knowledge in contractual administration and risk management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
- Proven operational judgment and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading functional teams or projects
