Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Databricks Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows on Databricks
- Support the organization's data platform and ELT processes alongside an existing data team
- Help establish patterns and best practices as Databricks adoption ramps up
- Collaborate closely with data engineers and platform stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2 or more years of Databricks experience (5 years is ideal)
- Solid data engineering fundamentals and ELT pipeline experience
- Comfortable contributing to a newly adopted platform and helping set direction
- Local to the Minneapolis area and available to work onsite
The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
