The Role
- Design, develop, and maintain software components, both independently and collaboratively
- Participate in software planning, estimation, and technical discussions
- Translate system requirements into robust software designs
- Lead the implementation of complex features, ensuring scalability and maintainability
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
- Contribute to best practices for responsible AI usage, including code validation and compliance
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or Qt for production-quality code
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted software development tools
- Strong ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated code
- Solid understanding of software design principles, debugging, and testing methodologies
- Ability to work independently on complex tasks and provide technical guidance
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (US Citizenship required)
