Senior SQL Server Developer at BairesDev

As a Senior SQL Server Developer, you'll lead database development initiatives and design high-performance data solutions. You'll optimize databases, mentor development teams, and set the standard for data engineering excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop complex database solutions using SQL Server with focus on performance and scalability.

- Lead technical decisions and provide guidance on data management.

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers in SQL Server best practices and database design principles.

- Optimize queries, stored procedures, and database performance to ensure system efficiency.

- Collaborate with application developers and data teams to design effective data architectures.

- Drive code quality through reviews, testing, and implementation of database standards.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4+ years of experience in SQL Server development.

- Strong expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and database design.

- Extensive experience with performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.

- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor development teams.

- Deep understanding of database architecture, data modeling, and best practices.

- Advanced level of English.
