Machine Operator – Great for Entry Level!
Shift Options: 4 x 10s, No rotating! Overtime as necessary
- Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5am to 3pm
- Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 5pm – 3am
Wage: $18 - $20/hr, based on experience. Night shift = +$2/hr shift differential
Summary: Operate bag-making machines with in-line printing presses, ensuring product quality, consistency, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitor machines to meet production standards
- Complete periodic quality checks and enter results into the system
- Package finished products accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Manufacturing or flexographic printing experience helpful, but not required
- Basic computer and safety knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
Specialized Machine Operator – Experienced operator looking for the next step
Shift Options: 3x12s, No rotating, Weekend Crew! Overtime as necessary.
- All training completed Monday – Thursday 5am – 3pm, roughly 6-8 weeks.
- Day Shift: Thurs - Sat | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: Thurs - Sat | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Wage: $19 - $21/hr based on experience. Night Shift Differential: +$2/hour, Weekend Premium = work 36/paid 40
Summary: Run specialized production lines operating on a unique 3-day, 12-hour weekend schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a select group of advanced bag-making and printing machines to meet standards
- Perform routine quality checks and complete digital reporting
- Assist with print setup, light maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support team goals in a fast-paced production environment
- Keep your work area safe and clean
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- 1 – 3 years of Machine operating experience, printing knowledge and/or mechanical background
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts
- Basic computer skills and safety awareness
