2. About the Opportunity:

The Program Manager role is a hybrid position that combines traditional program management, AI operationalization, and Agile coaching. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth product development by managing cross-functional timelines, embedding within development teams to improve delivery workflows, and leading strategic execution. This position also focuses on modernizing documentation systems to optimize AI integration and redesigning product analytics usage to maximize customer value.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration and architectural overhaul of user-facing documentation to modern, AI-optimized hubs.

• Structure technical documentation for seamless use by AI agents and semantic search.

• Redesign product analytics and in-product guide implementations for enhanced user self-service.

• Audit and organize internal knowledge bases, establishing governance and best practices.

• Embed within engineering and product teams to coach Agile practices and improve delivery loops.

• Maintain an organized and transparent product feature pipeline.

• Eliminate outdated processes and design efficient operational playbooks.

• Plan and coordinate R&D meetings and leadership offsites to align teams.

• Develop analytical frameworks using product data to track feature adoption and platform health.

• Provide actionable insights to improve product features based on data analysis.

• Monitor team delivery velocity and manage risks to ensure timelines are met.

• Facilitate communication between R&D and Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment on releases.

• Ensure customer-facing tools support GTM teams effectively.

• Manage complex dependencies and high-visibility projects across functions.

4. Requirements:

• Experience in program management, Agile coaching, and AI operationalization.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and timelines effectively.

• Expertise in modern documentation systems and product analytics tools.

• Strong skills in data analysis and translating insights into strategic actions.

• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and process improvements.
