Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities For The Controller
- Lead two direct reports (AP Manager and AR Manager) with oversight of six indirect reports
- Oversee month-end close and preparation of accurate financial statements
- Review and guide AP and AR reporting, controls, and workflows
- Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
- Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Qualifications For The Controller
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of Controller-level or people leadership experience
- Proven experience managing and developing accounting teams
