What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the execution of functions related to security-relevant key performance and key risk indicators
- Develop automation for data gathering, analysis, and presentation using Python and Go
- Educate and inform diverse audiences about security and risk management
- Generate insights and support decision-making by analyzing complex data sets and sources
- Create dynamic dashboards and presentations to articulate risk and risk management effectively
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in information systems or data analytics
- 4+ years of experience with Python or Golang automation and scripting
- 1+ years of experience in dashboard building
- 1+ years of experience with security items such as SOC, SIEM, Application Security, or incident management
- 2+ years of experience with Risk Management
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with information security terms and concepts
- Experience conducting reporting operations such as presentations, metrics, dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, OKRs
- 1 year of experience executing or leading project management efforts in a technology-related arena
- Ability to articulate themes from frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC 2, FedRAMP, GDPR, and DORA
- Evidence of creating effective KPIs, KRIs, and OKRs with measurable reporting
