Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Technical Program Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more highly complex or enterprisewide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects
- Develop the program strategy, support business case, and various enterprisewide high-level project plans
- Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
- Communicate with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes
- Deliver all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and meeting the strategic and business
- Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers
- Partner with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise
- This is a single or multiple incumbent(s) position that typically exists in a small to medium size enterprise with multiple project managers, project leaders, and/or project support staff as direct or dotted line reports
Qualifications
- Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, other related field, or equivalent work experience
- Project Management certification is required
- Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 5-8 years managing projects
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
