Role: Google Cloud Platform Data Engineer
Location: Pleasanton, CA Onsite

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Google Cloud Platform services.
- Build and optimize data warehouses and data marts using BigQuery.
- Develop and manage workflows and orchestration pipelines using Apache Airflow (Cloud Composer).
- Work with AlloyDB and relational databases to support transactional and analytical workloads.
- Create data transformation models using DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Implement data quality, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization processes.
- Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure following Google Cloud Platform best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline, database, and infrastructure issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data management standards.
