About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team at Insight Global. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing a new self-service platform from the ground up, focusing on delivering a seamless user experience through a React-based frontend and a robust Python backend. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications that are intuitive, responsive, and scalable. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, platform engineers, and AI specialists—you will help shape the future of our self-service offerings, integrating intelligent, AI-driven features to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, contributing to innovative solutions that empower users and advance our platform’s capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on React.js and Python.
- Proficiency in React, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, and Yarn.
- Familiarity with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
- Deep knowledge of React concepts including state management, component lifecycle, hooks, and the Context API.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or GitHub.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, particularly autonomous agents and AI-driven workflows, with the ability to evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications with a focus on user experience and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and AI teams to define technical requirements and implement innovative solutions.
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend integration.
- Implement and maintain modern frontend features using React, Redux, and responsive design frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the evaluation, integration, and deployment of AI-driven features and autonomous agent workflows.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve platform capabilities.
- Assist in developing documentation and technical specifications for platform features.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure stability and performance.
