Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Contact Center Technology team. This role is critical to a large-scale transformation initiative, migrating contact center platforms from on-premises environments to modern cloud infrastructure, impacting over 30,000 users across the organization.
This engineer will play a key role in designing and building middleware, integrations, and scalable applications to bridge product gaps and enhance business capabilities across contact center systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to complex, large-scale engineering initiatives with enterprise-wide impact
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions
- Build middleware and integrations to connect systems and address platform limitations
- Develop and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions in a cloud environment
- Integrate enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, Verint) within the contact center ecosystem
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements
- Establish and promote engineering standards, best practices, and modern development approaches
- Review and analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Mentor team members and contribute to overall technical leadership
- Support ongoing UI development and maintenance to reduce reliance on third-party vendors
Qualifications:

- Strong experience in software engineering and application development
- Proficiency in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- React
- Microservices architecture
- Kafka
- Cloud platforms (OCP / Cloud Foundry or similar)
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Experience with Generative AI / LLMs, including building agent-based solutions (agentic AI) (preferred)
- Background in Contact Center Technology development (preferred)
- Experience building enterprise integrations across complex systems (preferred)
