Job Summary
We are seeking a
Full Stack Developer with strong experience in
Java Spring Boot microservices and ReactJS, along with exposure to cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, and production support. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer capable of designing, developing, and supporting scalable applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain small to medium-sized code modules and microservices.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot, Java, and Microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using ReactJS.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and test automation practices.
- Support production systems, including incident management, monitoring, and troubleshooting critical issues.
- Proactively monitor application performance and ensure smooth operation of services.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and tech leads to articulate issues, solutions, and technical approaches.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery (Design Develop Deploy) with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and iterative development cycles.
Must Have Skills
- 3 5 years of experience in Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and API development
- 3+ years of experience in ReactJS
- Experience with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
- Exposure to PostgreSQL or relational databases
- Experience with Azure Cloud services (AKS, Azure Storage)
- Understanding of BI tools like Tableau
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Experience in incident and problem management in production environments
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
