Position Overview
IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced
Security Officer for an unarmed mobile patrol by Society Hill, Philadelphia, PA. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with
mobile patrol. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor access control points
- Conduct regular patrols of the residential property
- Perform mobile patrols
- Write clear incident and daily activity reports
- Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately
Requirements
- Previous security experience required
- Mobile patrol experience required
- Valid driver's license (required for periodic mobile patrols)
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
- $18-19/hour
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
