Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) program from Streamline's facility in Tampa, FL.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
- Personnel must be proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- The contractor shall provide personnel with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or four (4) years of equivalent experience in procurement analysis.
- Personnel must have demonstrated expertise in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.
- Personnel must have experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
- Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Desirable but not required certifications include Certified Professional Contracts Manager(CPCM) or DoD Financial Management Certification.
