Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a health care or assisted living community setting.
The Successful Candidate Will
Have a heart to serve Seniors.
Have a minimum of one-year prior experience.
Have serious attention to detail.
Be very dependable.
Want to work as part of a team.
Have the ability to work patiently and appropriately with residents who may have significant problems with memory, reasoning, and/or other cognitive skills.
Be willing to undergo a drug and background screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
