Primary Responsibilities And Duties
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of software applications and services.
- Apply engineering best practices to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business goals.
- Support architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical strategy.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to grow technical expertise across the team
- Build and maintain robust, clean, and efficient code.
- Lead and manage full software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical input for new feature development.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Monitor, debug, and resolve issues in production and staging environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, Go).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Great understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
