POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a material handler for our Grand Isle. An ideal candidate would have some FORKLIFT and Lumber experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive and stock incoming materials
- Complete delivery work orders
- Handle customer material request
- Load and Unload materials on trucks
- Keep yard and warehouse clean and orderly
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Forklift Experience
- Lumber Yard experience (Preferred)
- Detail-Oriented and thorough
- Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used daily
- Ability to interact with customer, coworkers and visitors at the store while remaining professional, polite and courteous
- Work as a Team
- Have good communication skills
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
