The position is for a
Program Analyst supporting the 1st Marine Logistics Group in
San Diego, CA.
- Collect and analyze logistics and sustainment lessons learned in OCONUS environments
- Support joint and combined operations with allied and partner forces
- Ensure comprehensive lessons learned coverage for deployed forces
- Provide analytical support for forward-based forces
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience), 10+ years military service (preferably Marine Corps), and an active Secret clearance. Experience in logistics, operations, research, and communication with military leaders is essential. Preferred skills include adaptability, advanced military knowledge, and certifications like CKM or Microsoft 365.
